 Reservations and Forms of Payment All reservations will be made through an endorsement of the same, either via email, in person request of the reservation and prepayment or full payment of the services. Any information delivered by telephone is not valid as a reservation and does not constitute acceptance or contractual obligation for Blue Travel or for the passenger.

Documentation It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to check that he has the necessary and correct documentation for his trip according to the country of destination. Blue Travel denies all liability if the passenger is refused or refused exit or entry into the country by any authority for lack of any requirement regarding the documentation or legal circumstances.


Modifications Blue Travel, like its suppliers reserve the right to modify the itinerary and / or excursions due to force majeure. If the program is extended beyond the deadlines set by causes not attributable to the agency, operator or transport company, the expenses that will originate will be the sole responsibility of the passenger.
 

Refunds and Claims will always be processed through the AGENCY. The non-payment of 100% of the value of the program or any service offered 20 days prior to departure means the cancellation of all services without refund. No amount will be reimbursed for services not used voluntarily by the traveler. No claim will be processed after the 30 days after services are completed. Returns are allowed requested 30 days before the start date of services with a charge of 50% of the value charged. Except that it was specified differently in the specific terms and conditions of the program, tour, group outing or any service offered.

 

Recommendations The passenger must confirm their flights 72 hours in advance, be presented no less than 3 hours before an international flight and two hours before national flights, and thus calmly face any eventuality that might occur.

 

Always check your service confirmation voucher to confirm that flights, schedules, transfers at destination, excursions, name of passengers, among others are correct according to your program.

 

It is always important to inquire about the restrictions of the airlines and the conditions of the rate that you are buying since generally the promotional values ​​do not allow return, date change or other modifications.

Our prices include Accommodation in the mentioned hotels or similar. Occupying rooms with private bathroom and taxes included. Food regime as indicated in each of our programs. Visits and excursions mentioned. Transfers to airport terminals and hotels when indicated, including baggage handling.

 

Our prices DO NOT include port fees, IVA, tips, or any service that is not specified in the chosen itinerary. Stays, meals and additional expenses or any damage caused by cancellations, delays in departures / arrivals in the different means of transport; or for any other unforeseen reason outside our company.
 

Rates The prices indicated in the following brochure are based on the rates and changes at the time of the edition thereof, being therefore subject to variations, even without prior notice, obligating the traveler to pay the difference that will result before the start of the tour

Alterations The organizer reserves the right to alter any itinerary or change some of the published hotels, if there is a greater effect as required, doing so at any time and without prior notice. If the organizer is obliged to cancel or suspend any of his excursions or part of them will incur only the responsibility of reimbursing the amount paid by the client for such excursion or for parts not enjoyed.

Responsibilities AGENCIA DE TURISMO BLUE TRAVEL LIMITADA. It explicitly states that it acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and the entities or persons called to provide the services indicated in the itineraries, transport companies, hotels, restaurants, etc. Therefore, it declines all responsibility for damage, injury, accident, delays or irregularities that may occur during the execution of the services to the persons who make the trip due to their mediation, as well as the luggage and other objects of their property, due to bad weather conditions. , natural catastrophes, governmental decisions and other events that may occur outside of its control. When the passenger travels in coaches, in case of accidents, it agrees to expressly submit to the laws of the country in which the vehicle is registered. The transport companies included in this program expressly declare that they are not responsible for any act, omission or accident occurred with the Passenger Lords or their luggage and belongings, during the time they are not on board their aircraft and / or means of transportation.

 

The ticket will be the only contract between the Airline and the buyer of the ticket and / or passenger.
 

Airlines: Regular flights and charters are contracted to different commercial airlines, so it must be taken into account that the schedules, both departure and arrival, are tentative. These could be modified by said airlines according to the availability of machines and hourly frequencies that they have in each particular circumstance.

Therefore, AGENCIA DE TURISMO BLUE TRAVEL LIMITADA assumes no responsibility whatsoever for possible changes in schedules originated by third parties.

 

Offers, rates and tourist services are limited and will be in force until the amount that the respective provider unilaterally disposes of.
